" Fry's Electronic " is cheating the customer & disregard customer's rebate claim:
Facts:
(1) Purchased an ESI Wireless Gear (model# 4PR907) Bluetooth on November 29 at the price $15 plus tax
(2) The rebate form says: Will receive a $15 mail-in rebate
with 8-10 weeks for delivery
(3) But after 13 weeks, the ESI Rebate Center in Thousand Oaks, California disregard the customer's many times phone call (877-326-5550)& e-mail ([email protected]) claims.
(4) The customer's INV# is: 12177993
