I was negotiating final modification terms after nearly a year of tag with GMAC. I have correspondence stating that my forclosure was cancelled for now as we reinstate the loan with cash that I managed to borrow from my family.
Two days after having a three-way call with GMAC and my Attorney's office to help settle our loan... I RECEIVED NOTICE THAT MY HOME WAS AUCTIONED OFF TO GMAC!!!
Now I have a cash investor to pay-off the entire principle balance and we are unable to get an acknowledgement from Mr. Stern's Foreclosure Mill.
We are having night mares about being forced to leave our "nearly paid for" home!!! John Stossel... Where are you!
My entire family is on pins & needles and I'm ready to have a David Stern induced heart attact soon! This home was to be our family homestead at least until the day I die. We put all our love and money into building it, we are raising our children here and now I feel like I'm going through a slow death.
I'm ready for a televised protest in front of Stern's office soon, then a march over to GMAC!
Case overload means it's time to hire more help or stop taking more cases!!! Business 101 class.
Can anyone publish a list of names, titles and extentions for David Stern's office? His congested system is ripping off his client (s), GMAC & others.
We are ready to buy back our home for the full loan amount and we can't get the money to GMAC fast enough because of his choked system. There should be a law here somewhere.
