It is so interesting that a Real Estate Broker in Houston hides behind 2 different alias' and 2 cell phone numbers. Why would this individual NOT provide her company information without extensive research - which was hard as heck, by the way, with only alias' like "shyda" and "shazia". She tries to market her own property without disclosing she is the owner of the property... And when asked to sign a broker registration agreeement, she just eavades the whole situation.
AGENTS AND BROKERS IN HOUSTON: IF you work with this woman who has been in business long enough to know better - WATCH OUT!!! Because you will have to hire an attorney to get your COMMISSIONS!!! As all of you know TREC does not get involved in Commissions. I have a LAWSUIT PENDING with this WOMAN for over $30,000 in COMMISSION i know i will win, however, it ios not only time consuming but costs money too!!!
Just avoid the drama and do not do business with this woman!!!
