I was employed at Roskam/Rothberry Baking Company at the end of 2008 and was released of my position Due to the fact that I would not terminate an employee who upper and lower management called a "70's Porn star".
I felt greatly pressured to do things that I felt went against my personal morals as a human being to discriminate agianst a human being due to their personal apperance.
In the short time I was employed by them I had seen so many individuals leave in tears due to the horrible and unhumanly way the Forman/Supervisor spoke to the employee's especially the temporary employee's.
I feel that this company should be seriosly investigated undercover by an agency that helps protect the employment laws that are supposed to protect us as employee's and consumers.
The employee's that want something done about it are to scared too losse there jobs and be unable to retain a new employment due to the economy.
I feel there is a serios issue thede days with companies and their way of managing them. The owners should also be held responsible for the actions of the management they have set in place.
