Chow chow puppy for adoption, whitch was sopose to cost us 90 pound for delivery, so we payed the money then they phoned us and said we had to get pet insurance, whitch then cost us 200 pound. Then they said it was on its way and should get to us by 6 oclock. Then at 630 they told us we did not have a license to ship the puppy, whitch will be 145 pound so we payed it again so the puppy did not suffer upon this was the last thing we had to pay and it was all refundable so the puppy was on its way at last, so we thought they now phone again saying,,

out director has just confirm the payment you made of 145. We are presently doing the last checking on the puppy and we just discovered that the traveling crate which your seller provided for the puppy to be transported inside is not the correct one recommended by the vet doctor here at the agency. Due to the weather condition out here and the large number of puppies traveling, the vet doctor has decided that all puppies on board should get into an auto regulator crate. This crate will protect the puppy from any disease from other puppy and will be regulated to suite the body temperature of the puppy.
We have therefore contacted your seller but she said that is the only crate that she has available. We said her to a model shop out here in belfast but she came back and told us that the crate is very expensive there. After pleading with the director, we therefore decided to grant you the crate on refundable basis since we have the model crate here at the agency., these crate are both for sale and for rents, so she said we should give it out to you for rents. We have sent her to make the payment asked for the rents which is 150. So the amount left to be paid is the caution fee which will be given back to you when the carrier comes to your house today. We need this caution fee as the crate is very fragile and we need the caution to cover it up. Please you are to make the payment to the same address and remember to keep your receipt of payment very well as the carrier will inspect it before giving you the money like you paid. We have just about 50 minutes left to our departure time, so you must hurry up with the payment. Below is the refund document and and your delivery card attachment.
