I ordered items from this company January 3. Was promised shipment within 3-10 days. After a lot of emails to them which they answered sporadicly, I received 1 of the itmes via Fed EX. After a few days I emailed them again about the balance of the order and got an email apologizing for the delay with the excuse that the rest of the order will be shipped by USPS and I will receive a tracking number. Another few days passed and no number. I emailed again and was sent an electronic label that was sent to USPS. Another few days nothing happened. Since PayPal was the one who took the money from my account, I contacted them. I was then sent froM RC-Trading Post another label. Up till now no package. I am including parts of the email correspondence between myself and RC-Trading.

In these tough economic times, I find it very insulting that I have to send numerous emails just to find out what is going on with this order. After 24 days, I think that my current disposition is warranted (anger and frustration). I was prompt with the payment of $469.57 and I certainly did not expect the stress of not knowing if you are just negligent or scamming us unsuspecting consumers. Your site promised shipment in 3-10 days. The least you could do is let me know SOMETHING ABOUT THE ORDER. I know we refer to the USPS as snail mail, but this is ridiculous. It should not take this amount of time to even get a tracking order from USPS if indeed the items were shipped.
I would like to know a time of delivery or i would like my money returned to me.
January 28. I received this:
We apologize greatly in the delay of this shipment, the shipping number is USPS 9102128882300584678624. There will be further delay with the fuel. We have to send that separate due to our shipment arrived defective. We have ordered a new shipment and it will be here at the end of next week and we will send the fuel as soon as we receive it. Again we do apologize for the delay in the shipments. Thank you
