Over the phone they tell you 29.99 to purchase package as advertised on T.V., when they bill you, they actually charge you 49.99. I have proof, because I have a bank statement.
I bought the package in December. I found bogus billing on the January 1. Cancelled package, sent back package along with phone call to Dave cancelling and would not give me a cancellation number. After completing these steps I was billed February 6.
On February 6 the billing was 39.95. Now when I call customer service at Dave espino AFI (866) 232-1843 they hang up on me! Which is rude!
I want charges filed against them concerning internet fraud and credit card fraud. Why Is E-Bay allowing this dishonest individual to operate on their website, while this individual is commiting felonies.
