For 4 days, I have tried continously to call this company. The phone is continously. I finally found a different # on this web site. I have 2 charges on my February bill, one fron Dec and one from January. When I finally got to a voice, she gave me a different phone # for the Dec charge and "transferred" me to someone for the January charge. I have now been on hold 27 minutes and still nothing. I think I will skip better business bureau and go straight to the Attorney General. I go through this EVERY month with one company or another. This month, I had 3 different charges! They hae another scam called voicemail that I got cherged for.
