Ripoff, Says they have buyers, require a check from you to close the sale. They get your check money. No closing

They cold call yoou pertending to have a buyer wanting your time share. They have you too give info on timeshare & price your asking. They call back in a few minutes saying they have intrested buyer with amt over asking price that is already preapproved. They just need a check for closing cost to show good faith in my part of selling. They have your money No paperwork for sell come through for your signature. Ripoff
