KAISER RIVERSIDE MEDICAL CENTER perpetrated the ultimate rip off! Ripping off any and all access to my husband's doctors and thus care while he was incapacitated at their facility-SOLELY BASED ON THE DOCUMENTATION OF HIS LYING FAMILY who are ripping off my husband's estate as we speak.
All it took was a falsified document, the ADVANCE NURSING DIRECTIVE misspelling his wife's name with no relationship status given by the daughter, who as a licensed by the state of California NOTARY, obviously knew what would work-and my husband's last week in ICU and body and true identity has been stolen from him and his legal family. Because he came in this time via ambulance and immediately place on a vent-I found out he was there solely due to having spoken with him earlier and hearing about his deadly sounding symptoms-and he had been prescribed the night before a drug that was in the same family as a drug listed on his chart as his having allergic extreme reactions to it.
I don't know one thing accurately about my own husband's last week of life he spent in Kaiser Riverside. Was never called or notified about his getting off the vent, found out through ICU NURSE MELISSA when I called to check on him, found out he died by calling ICU to check on him.
Though my husband, Ronald Riley, had been admitted for a prior period of over FIVE WEEKS IN THE HOSPITAL THROUGHOUT JUST 5 MONTHS IN the admin at Kaiser Riverside Medical Center says they've had NO RECORD OF EVER HAVING ANY CONTACT WITH HIS WIFE.
I had saved the emails I sent to my husband's doctors-DR. Truong and dr. BACH-declaring myself as Ron's wife several times, called every day-left messages after message with the nurse's station in ICU-SPOKE with the nurse's everyday-and yet the director of ICU-Robert Hasinsky-and the director of Nursing-VERA state they've got no record of my calls!
On the kp.org site where I accessed my husband's medical records and inhouse email through the password he had given me so he and I could go over his records TOGETHER though long distance separated to check on his diagnoses, procedures and meds etc-it states ALL EMAILS BECOME PART OF PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORD-yet Robert Hasinsky swore to me that there is no record of my contacting that hospital.
My poor husband had said to me 'look what my doctors wrote about me' in regards to his online Kaiser med records-and it was the 'MALNUTRITION' diagnoses that bothered him. He had to have his food online ordered and delivered to him-nobody cared to shop for him or ripped him off when he allowed them access to his bank card and PIN which he had never changed.
So NURSES: CHARGE NURSE AMY, MELISSA, LAURA, CHARGE NURSE AMY all of ICU and just the nurse's names off the top of my head through the very long horrible road of my husband's repeated lengthy stays in Kaiser-you don't remember the 'wife in Idaho-there because of the business and kid calling about the DETAILS of his care?
Why would Kaiser allow a family member to LIE about a patient's marital status and allow this to happen? Let's put it this way! My husband was a very sick man-with many system failures going down-yet he had REBOUNDED MIRACULOUSLY FROM SEVERAL CODE EVENTS-every time when I was involved in his care-over the phone... THIS TIME I WAS ALLOWED ONLY MEAGER INFO-'HE'S FINE-ASK THE DAUGHTER'.

After calling ICU to check on my husband and implore them to call me-his wife-on the morning of JANUARY 28TH- and finding out my husband had died hours earlier-I contacted the admin offices-VERA THE NURSING DIRECTOR SAID NASTILY TO ME 'WHY ARE YOU DRAGGING KAISER INTO THIS?" after discovering that the SHARON RILEY listed #3 on the Advance Nursing Directive-THE CALL LIST FOR FAMILY MEMBERS was to represent me, HIS WIFE, and discovering I had no RIGHTS TO CLAIM MY HUSBAND'S BODY DUE TO HIS FAMILY MAKING THAT 'MISTAKE' ABOUT MY NAME AND LEAVING THE RELATIONSHIP AREA BLANK.
Way to go Kaiser! You've been first step instrumental in allowing my husband's estate to be RIPPED OFF. His body has been claimed, his final wishes were not followed-his marital status and reality denied. Locked out from replying on his false obituary. All starting due to the LIES AND FRAUD OF BOTH MY HUSBAND'S FAMILY AND KAISER RIVERSIDE MEDICAL CENTER.
Thankfully morticians demand PROOF of a deceased's marital status for the DEATH CERTIFICATE-several I talked to said the family-like that of my husband's LIE ALL THE TIME-EVERY DAY!!! And they are required to PROVE that the family member whose body they've grabbed due to falsifying records to the medical facility is married or single.
Jennifer riley gutierrez is a notary! She knew what it would take this last time with her father whom she'd left like a dying parrot at the bottom of the cage to claim the family status she needed this time.
Kaiser Riverside had better still have those emails I sent the doctors TRUONG AND BACH IN MY HUSBAND'S MEDICAL RECORDS! Dr. Truong replied to my email-Dr. Bach never replied nor called me though I left many messages to his office.
I know my husband's medical history and what kaiser did to him. Get diagnosed with mrsa and given the boot the day after 3 weeks in icu with no protection or treatments? No care? All alone in a guest trailer? Fontana home health knows my story too. Riverside sheriff's department was called for a well check when no one in his family would check on a man with no food or care!!!
Lots of fraud, exploitation of a disabled and malpractice involved in my poor husband's case.
