How can a corporation like disney get a simple thing like a competition winner so wrong. My 10 year old was told she had won the first prize to the Jonas Brothers 3D concert premiere. She was extactic, over the moon. Just 24 hrs later we were told it was a mistake and she had won a goody bag!!! How could they let this happen. It is a disgrace and they should give her the prize they promised. What do you think? Am I being unreasonable my daughter is heartbroken. Will you mend Disney Channel and do the decent thing. Disney UK very disappointing.
