Husband is a registered demolitionist and Project Superintendant, came to meet this guy in Missouri, and did demolition of 3 structures for this man, and work on the Forward Air Cargo Space, at the Kansas City Airport, also, this Jason Rigoli can't even a read a blue print we found out later. After Jason Rigoli received monies for these jobs, he refused to pay him.
He also ripped off equipment and trucking outfits down here too.
Key Construction, headquarted out of Wichita, Kansas still uses this man they know of his background and history. They (Key Construction) to save money uses men with shady pasts, who they are well aware of their backgrounds and knew this man wasn't the one who performed the work and still paid the creep even seen demolition was done by my husband Rigoli wasn't even around when it was going on. He professional swindler and has cheated alot.
Same goes for the Forward Air Cargo Space Facility, property owner Myron Haith, of Haith Real Estate, in Olathe, hired General Contractor, DM Ward, aka Mark Ward along with son Greg Ward, who subcontracted Rigoli, not bad for federal property work, and Rigoli didn't even have a bond to step foot on, anyway husband wasn't paid by either, and prevailing wages should of been done, to some workers who did get a check, not at the prevailing rate it shouldve been done. Contacted Myron Haith, directly, his statement, he has signed waivers? Pretty good considering noone signed anything because they werent paid either. Phony Waivers forged we don't know which person forged them yet and handed this fake documentation over to Haith yet.
Im sick of companies who claim to be honest, who lie and rip off people to save a buck.
