Run away from schumacher homes
Schumacher Homes has made efforts to cover up the frequency of complaints by its customers. One of my usacomplaints. Coms has been tagged to be sent to a website favorable to them.
Some of the usacomplaints. Coms are being removed or redirected to other web sites. Is there no end to this company's corporate arrogance and greed? This is the behavior that has almost brought our entire country to ruin.
Usacomplaints. Coms is one of the important ways to inform consumers about about disreputable companies. Knowledge is power. I feel responsible to help others from experiencing what I have experienced with this company.
This company through MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS takes away your constitutional rights to sue in a court of law. MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS give corporations the power to lie, cheat and steal from consumers. I am sure that consumers victimized by this company are many.
I would like to encourage anyone considering building with this company to have the ARBITRATION CLAUSE REMOVED. It is there because they have no intention of performing according to the contract. They want you have have no recourse when they abuse and victimize you and defraud you of your hard earned money.
Please contact your U. S senator and representative and encourage them to pass the ARBITRATION FAIRNESS ACT of 2007.
