I found it totally unethical for a company to charge you money before providing pertinent information about their "services". I too was contacted by this company. Upon receipt of their "package", I attempted to rescind the offer. I was told point blank that I was not entitled to a refund. My Credit Card company tried to get me a refund and was told that they were outside of the time limit for a dispute. I intend to file a claim with the secretary of state in Georgia. I have had success in the past in doing so and would recommend that everyone else does the same.
