Unauthorized information received under false pretense

I somehow received this card stating I had a new credit line of 12,500 I was shocked and amazed. I never knowingly accepted the offer. I have tried numerous times to contact this business but to no avail. Hopefully someone can finally resolve this mess. Thank you for your time.
