Default although several attempts to contact via phone and email

Although I have been calling AHMSI since July '08 about my mortgage they have not responded with any information of assistance. I found my mortgage holder is a WR Ross somewhere in Kansas - could not tell me more??? In calling I get someone in India as if they cared about my phone call? I have mailed and have received an email they received my email but I have received no answer? I now have a response that the house will be forclosed in 30 days. Nice Customer Service. You try to be right and call, write and this is what you get. They filed for bankruptcy but are now moving to Coppell? They are just a servicing company but service is???
