I receved my furniture damage
They guy that delivred the furniture wrote on the invoice that they where damage
Tried to contact somebody for almost 3 month nobody would get back to me
When I finally reach somebody they told me that they where going to replace them but in the summer it whas quiet and short of staff so I had to wait
September came than october november and december
It`s been almost a year and still no news from them
Than the fist one Harmonie that worked there quit so I reach Jasmine and she told me the only thing they could do whas to fix them
Even if I have the e-mail saying they where going to replace them they don`t want to
We have to rent a van, get our 3 big sofa out of our basement and sit on the floor for about a mont and than rent another van to go and get them back
I payed full prize on those couch and got them damage
Whas told they where going to exchange them and now they fixed them but I have to rent of van of probably 100.00 or more a day
That`s non sense
For 2 month before christmas I would call and always got told somebody would call back but had to call everyday to try to get something done
