I bought a item which was not delivered but Paypal payment went through. Ripoff IOffer P.O. Box 78191

I bought a set of plans from www.ioffer.com. The website looks very legit.

Well all went well with the transation, Paypal paid them, got the invoice and all. But no goods or email.

But then all gets a little screwie. All my emails to the site and chap i bought from were removed from the site.

So I guess I'm out of pocket of $9.99, which in SA is amount not tobe laughed at.
