Purchased a free offer for 5.95 s/h from Best Cleanse and now my banking account is showing fraudulent charges for purchases that I have not made:
1/28/09- $84.79 to Cleanse Body Store
1/20/09- $78.84 to Easy Rapid Cleanse plus $2.37 International service charges
My bank has furnished me with telephone #s and every time I have called them it is always a different company name as listed above. I initially learned about this product through this website: mandysdietingblog.com.
I have tried to get them to let me speak to a supervisor in Accounting and I am told that they do not have a direct link to that department. I was asked to fax them the bank statement showing the charges and that someone would be contacting me. I called the company on 1/27 during the evening hours and was told that they were not responsible and that they had received numerous call sfrom other people regarding the same issues and that I needed to contact my bank.
