Bait and switch

My grand son ordered a dvd from this company but was not told of this membership requirement.

I was then billed for a $1.00 payment for the membership. Upon contacting the company the charge was refunded. With the statement that there would be no further charges.

Then one month later another $1.00 charge was on the debit card. When contacted they were very uncooperative. So i forced to place a hold on the debit card and get a new one issued.

Beware of this company.
