Tony De Lorenzo, advocate for infidelity victims preys on vulnerability of infidelity victims to profit through spamming of illegal services

I have been a member of this site for over a year and am a senior member. Six months ago, a new member' came to the site looking for help but wouldn't give his story'. We later learned that this person was Greg Simpson and he was using the vulnerable members of the discussion board as lab rats to further his career with Infidelity.com. We have been inundated with spamming on the discussion board since December. While we had the occasional spammer prior, it was quickly dealt with either through the moderators or Admin. However, shortly after Greg Simpson took the helm of advertising, the discussion boards also were changed and there were MANY different boards that they did not allow moderators to be in place. We now know it was to protect the spammers from the mods removing the spammers posts.

I have personally contacted Admin repeatedly concerning this. The spammers are advertising things such as able to obtain any email password your boss's, your neighbor's, etc. This is ILLEGAL. They also have advertised to hack into someone else's cell phone records. Many of us on the forum have repeatedly contacted the administrators and Tony De Lorenza directly and have never received a response.

I became concerned so decided to investigate. Tony De Lorenza placed a banner ad on Infidelity.com for a new book he wrote that was just published, citing case studies' from the forum members, without the members approval or notification that their stories would be used. I then went to the sites advertising section, and to my dismay, learned that Tony and Greg were advertising to these spammers claiming that the members, mainly the women were desperate, that this forum was their lifeline and would trust ANYTHING on the forum and were primed by their vulnerability to buy their product.

This site advertises itself as a safe place for it's members. People come there after they have been emotionally annihilated. They are very vulnerable, confused and desperate for any help they can find. The man who founded and runs the site, Tony DeLorenzo ([email protected]; 732.577.0946) and the person in charge of advertising and marketing, Greg Simpson ([email protected]; 908.313.7467) market to scammers offering illegal hacking to help victims investigate their spouses, hacking into cell phone records and email accounts. They promise they can get any password simply by you providing them with the intended target's email address. Take the money and run scam.

Infidelity.com has been knowingly victimizing the already victimized members that they vowed to protect. They advertise to these scammers bragging about how much the average discussion board member makes in salary, how vulnerable they feel and are looking for answers and how much they trust the site to steer them in the right direction.

This is a link to the powerpoint presentation they offer their advertisers discussing how dependant the members are for their information and how vulnerable they are;

While they also offer advertising of divorce lawyers, therapists and self-help recovery books, the marketing the vulnerability of it's members as a selling point for illegal services is appalling. This site is luring in emotionally vulnerable people to prey on them strictly for profit. There are safe places for infidelity victims that do not prey on it's members and do not allow this kind of pointed advertising. Www.SurvivingInfidelity.com is one.
