My Husband has been working with his CDL for 3 YEARS, this brings in all of our rent, car payments, utilities and supports our entire family. I have a good job myself but it simply suppliments his pay checks. Now I am layed off, and he just recieved a letter that he no longer has his CDL. Our lively hood is cut off. We do not know what we are going to do. An attorney said that he never heard of such a thing, and Capri Cafaro our State Senator is going to investgate HOWEVER - right this second he does not have a job... So if anyone can help and let us know if there is a class action suit, or better yet - something of a now action - where can he re-test, Cheaply! Because everything is costing thousands yet again!!!
