I am another victim of these cruel people.in addition to cancelling mu credit card, I also reported them to the BBB. I also decided to report them to the Las BVegas police dept since it is fraud and stealing. These kind of complaints are handled by the Attorney General's office. If you are calling for the first time you will need to fill out a form. It is available on their website otherwise it can be mailed to you. Their phone number is 702-486-3132 and their website is www.ag. State. Nv.Us. It is the consumer protection department that deals with simply go to the File Complaint section to do this.

I am furious. After being told by their rep Cameron that he sleeps very well at night and takes nice trips on the money he makes off us, I decided to pursue any avenue available to me to see what can be done to stop these people. Since they will not allow you to speak with a supervisor I am finding other avenues to complain.
