My internt was down ordered over the phone. Buy one get one free ended up being paying for two.
With this underhanded process my total cost with S&H should have been $44.80 instead total charged to account was $139.85. Shipping was 6-10 days USPS in other words cheapest rate less than $10
When contacted they showed me ordering a product not requested for $69.95 when confronted on buy one get one free they said I must have misunderstood the ad - I said no their ad was then misleading because it indicated two pens in one package - how was anyone to know this was the combined get one free.
Only recourse appears to be full return of everything with a partial refund of 89.85. Bottom line I will be left paying $40.80 for nothing - this is $4.00 less than I should have been charged and would have the product in hand.
Mr. Mays is the spokesperson for may products and I guerss it has now been proven that he is right up their with the greatest conmen of all time. S
