Before Christmas a young lady came to our door with the story that she was in college and as part of a project she had been requested to sell a certain amount of books that would then also qualify her to travel to London.
My husband and I both had a little bit of an uneasy feeling but she played on our holiday spirit and we like to support the youth of America in broadening their education. I purchased $75.00 worth of books for my grandchildren with the assurance they would arrive in time for Christmas.
The check cleared the bank within days so I thought that maybe I was wrong and would get the merchandise. Well, nothing yet and it has been over a month so I decided to look into this a bit more. I found the other reports when I googled Dynasty Sales on the internet.
Not sure what recourse I have at this point but did want to warn others NOT to fall for this scam.
