Sent a large check and wants money wired to georgia

I received a check for $3998.00. They want the check cashed and two $1700.00 wire transfers sent to atlanta, georgia. Also, i am to shop at wal-mart and spend $60. Oo on items to keep and my payment for these three transactions would be the remaining $400.00.
