I paid the $19.97 administration fee towards the processing of a goverment grant, which stated if I did not qualify my money would be refunded immediately. I shortly received a bogus receipt but no response on the status of my application. This is a lesson learn... This con artist will not have good luck ripping innocent people off for it's own personal gain. What goes around comes around... Beware!
