I was contacted by an energetic young man on 1/7/09. I felt sorry for him and figured I'd help him out as at least he was out working for money. I ordered parents magazine for $30 in a check and $5 cash. I went online later and realized I could get a 3 year subscription for less. I figured the guy made off with my $5, but I wanted to cancel the order. I looked on the paper and as it was indicated cancelled my transaction the very next day with a postmarked stamp. Today, almost a week later I get it returned to me in the mail stating "Return to Sender Not deliverable No forwarding address" I triple checked and I wrote the address correct.
There is no phone number listed and I'd like a representative to call me to discuss this matter. I will send my postmarked envelope and expect a cancellation.
