In November I was solicited from the internet to obtain a loan Modification to save my home. Homefreedom Partners Mortgage promised to get me a lower monthly payment and interest rate. As of December 31st, after charging me $2500, Homefreedom Mortgage had not spoken to GMAC Mortgage in any capacity. They never tried to negotiate any thing on my behalf. My mortgage was transferred to another company and Homefreedom did not know. They kept telling me everything looked good, everything was on track. When I called to request a refund they company claim that I did not allow them to do their job. Their Loan Modification was a scam.
