BlueHippo, We paid off our account on 8/24/07. We still have not received our printer & TV

We paid our account off on 8/24/07 for our Gateway Computer. We were never late and held up to our bargain.in return we were suppose to receive a TV and Printer Bundle. I have called over 20 times and they promise that the items are on their way.

As of 1/12/09, we have not receive anything. BlueHippo will not even respond to our emails. Just empty promises.

I feel that we held up to our bargain and they received their money in full. Why can't we get out supposely free items?

Any help would be appreciated.
