I ordered an Enchanted Lantern http://www.enchantedlantern.com/index.php for my baby girl because she loves lights and we thought she'd enjoy one that moves with a fluid design display. Although a tad pricey at $50 these lamps are so neat so we chose one online and paid.
Sadly, there was a short in the cord so it wouldn't light up properly and would turn off on it's own.
We emailed the company expecting to be told to return the lamp for an exchange (which is a real pain and I always hate paying return shipping) but they wrote back and said to dispose of the lamp base, that they'd send a new one! Of course, we're to keep the insert to use in the new base.
I'm grateful not to have to pack this one up, go to the post office and pay to send it back.
