My bike came in a box that looked like it was in a war, no packing material except a few flimsy stryoform pieces. The bike had damage to the rear fender (cracked and a piece missing) not stickers, tool set, instruction manuel. The throttle spinners all the way around so the bike revs at top speed with no way to slow it down. They refuse to take the bike back even though this is a major safety issue. When you get thru to the company which you have to wait at least 45 minutes they dance around every issue you have. Mark Bates said he would ship out items that day, that was 12-15-08 still waiting 3 weeks later. On their website they say it takes 30 days to ship your parts out, if you dont agree to that and sign the form they wont process your form so you are screwed either way. They dont return phone calls. If you want to call the owner Russell Klien call the 800 number and than press 425 or Phillip Peterson press 429, leave a message they will NEVER call you back. They lie about every issue you have, they blame fed ex for all the shipping delays, they blame their computers for loosing shipping info., they do not stand behind anything their website says, they expect you to change parts on the bike without having any knowledge on how to do that. (you will void any warranty they claim you have once you change parts) I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, also filed a report with the LA Better Business Bureau (which alot of people already have done).
PLEASE stay away from this company. This company is as crooked as they come. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else.
