VERY SHADY business practices. I'd recommend ANYONE interested in a cellular phone to AVOID ALL KIOSKS in general. Go to a local Verizon or TMobile warehouse and avoid these shady characters. Not only did they NEVER give me a phone (couldn't get it working and didn't have another one in stock) I got a credit (paper in hand) on the whole transaction because I never received the phone, yet received the bill on my credit card anyway.
I'm refuting this to my credit card company but these bozos are so bent on making the books look good (temporarily) that they still are going to take months to process my credit transaction. This is a third party HEADACHE that Verizon and TMobile needs to eliminate. I've complained to Verizon Corporate Management.
These guys aren't worth it. RUN AWAY!!! If this isn't an incentive enough... You will be fined a 350.00 termination fee if you CHANGE or MODIFY your contract with Verizon / TMobile (either upgrade, downgrade, etc...) on top of any penalties that you would have to pay Verizon.
