11/24 Credit card charged $3.95 shipping for free trial offer of Acai Berry Dietary Supplement. Paid this charge. Received this month's billing statement to learn that these companies charged my card using the aforementioned company names. Total unauthorized charges of $127.77. After some investigation, learned through other complaints filed, that this company will continue to charge my account without authorization. Have tried repeatedly to contact this merchant with NO success.
Have contacted my credit card company by certified mail informing them of this situation and have requested them to promptly close my account so as not to incur any additional unauthorized charges.
