They sent a letter to my Father and said he had won 2nd prize in Publishers Clearing House which is a lie

My Father received a letter saying he won a million dollars and a check for 5,890, 00 saying it was to pay fees with. Which is a rip-off. I'am really upset with how these A-Holes get a way with this picking on elderly people.
Something has got to be done about it. I see he is not the only one this has happen to. So hopefully we can get enough information to stop these people.
