Paid $1.97 to get cd., Never received it. They took $49.99 off of my card last month (11/21/08) without any indication that they were going to up front. Couldn't pull up the so-called support web site. There was no phone number. Then they took an additional $49.99 this month (12/22/08). If anyone has any way to get in touch with these people by phone, please let me know. I will eventually find these people, and when I do, I will get my money back!!
