Pro Flowers is owned by Provide Commerce, Inc., 5005 Wateridge Vista Drive San Diego, CA 92121.in addition to owning ProFlowers.com they also own CherryMoonFarms.com, SecretSpoon.com, UptownPrime.com, Sharis Berries, and Red Envelope. If you order from any of these companies you may get tricked into "signing up" for a recurring charge from EZ Saver Rewards (I was suckered in for $121.55 for a $20 order).
Here is what I did;
E-mailed Secret Spoon (my scammer) at [email protected] with no responce.
Reported them to the Better Business Bureau at www.sandiego. BBB.org
Reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a branch of the FBI at http://complaint. Ic3. Gov
E-mailed Provide Commerce, Inc. At [email protected] and got the same form letter as others listed in this thread. I told them that I had reported them to the BBB and to the FBI. Their response was "You're welcome. We are working hard to resolve these issues."
I will be calling EZ Saver direct on Monday morning at 800-355-1837.
