I did a quick search at the CA Secretary of States office. The company was started 3-13. They are listed as Intelligent Beauty, LLC and their registration number is 200607510131, the address listed for them is 2447 Pacific Coast Hwy, Ste. 200, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254. However, when I called twice to get them to refund to me my money I asked for a supervisor, none was available, either by giving my account information or by not giving my account information. They gave me a name of a supervisor, but are restricted to giving out only first names and a number associated with this person—they gave me Leonard, #206.
The address that the woman gave me the 2nd time I called that was their corporate headquarters is: 2301 Rosecranes, Manhattan Beach, CA 90245. You will need this information when you go online to the Attorney General's office, the BBB, and the Internet fraud websites to file your complaints. I will update more when I get the information.
They, again, even after getting the product back, refused to give me my money back. I spoke with a woman at a local news station and she said that I should used the words Reg E in conjunction with getting my money back. I looked up that regulation and it applies to banking and getting your bank to debit back the account of the fraudulent company.
