Misrepresented package and refused to take cancellation

I authorized $198 charge to my VISA on 12/9/08. Rec'd confirmation on 12/15/08. Confirmation did not include the following which were verbalized by salesperson: (1) 5 day/4 nite @ Cancun, Mexico (2) choice of 7 day rental car OR 2 theme park passes (3) 2 couples to go in one group (4) usable for two years with two 6 months extensions possible

Called to CNX, when told operator, was put on hold and 10 minutes later got a dial tone. Am sending Reg Ltr, return rcpt in order to CNX. If this fails, will send info and copies of letter to FL and CA Attnys Genl and Better Bus Bureau
