Did not send CD yet, Did not provide a phone number for canceling service

I ordered a grants CD at cashgrantinstitute.com but it did not arrive. Cost $2.95. Nothing on the website has a "cancel" phone number. I am told later that it had to be canceled within 7 days at time of ordering, but was not given any phone number to call to cancel. Company started charging me a monthly service fee of $58.61, which I did not want, because there was no end to the requirements for obtaining a grant, which would take months to get through all the information. I called only after another offer called me from myclubreward.com and gave me a number: 1-800-235-1364, (over a month later) and I called and canceled my grant "membership" and asked where was my CD that never arrived. They said they would send me another one (that is the message as of today). I called my credit card company, and was told they charged me $58.61 today, (same day I canceled), and that it had not posted yet, so that I could not challenge it until it posted plus 5 days - - next week. The credit card company told me the company was: American Grant Club and that I had ordered the CD 36 days ago. Then I called the phone number the credit card company gave me: 1-877-624-3038 and was told that I signed up under grantseveryday.com and that I had to send an e-mail to: [email protected]. I explained that I did not sign up under grantseveryday.com but was told that was what showed on my account. I went to grantseveryday.com but it transferred me to: ssl. Secureweburls.com for a sign-up and still did not have a cancellation phone number. None of the websites had a cancellation phone number to cancel the account, and no snail mail was ever delivered to allow me to cancel. If any e-mail was sent (which I now doubt), it went into my spam files (which I do not look at on a regular basis) and was canceled from my address automatically. I will be waiting until next week to challenge the charges for nothing — Never able to get a grant either, and the requirements were too great. Their "Free" software was a trial which required purchasing programs for each part of the grant, (over 8 parts), and buried 4 levels of complex web pages to get to where anyone might find out how to make a "business plan" for a non disclosed amount until a person commits to their program, possibly costing over several thousands of dollars.
This is a Rip-Off being taken advantage during these bad economic times.
