The product seemed cool, so I ordered, and expected to be billed $14.99 s/h. Well it has been three weeks, now. I havent received my product. AND MY CREDIT CARD was Charged for the full price of $161 and something cents! (Pending). So now, not only do I not have the instylers to try... But they have my card on hold. I called, and the man on the phone wasnt very helpful.
He put me on hold to talk to his supervisor, and when he returned, I said "Let me speak with your supervisor".. Thats when he told me the supervisor was busy!!! Thats when I told him to cancel my order and release the funds off my card immediatly! He was very rude, and un-apologetic, very unprofessional.
You know I thought they had a good thing, but falsely advertising the fact that you can try it for 30 days... For $14.99. THEN after the 30 days, if you wish to keep it, you can make the three monthly payments of $39.99.. That i was willing to work with. NOT to have them charge the full amout to my card right away, when I havent even tried the product! You need to stand behind your advertising!!
