I use my girlfreinds phone number and now where getting charged for the use of a fax machine

I was filling at a survey. They ask for a phone number and i gave them my girlfriends. Now we are getting charged for the use of a fax. It happen in the month of oct. And nov. So please be care what you give out. Now i'm paying for it. So be sure to read eveything out. Thank you. Hope this dosen't happen to someone who is just playing on the computer.
