I sent these two MP3 Players out to them to be serviced on the 5th od September. When I did not hear from them I sent an e-mail asking if they has recieved them and if they were in process of being returned. They contacted me and indicated they were waiting for parts and it would be a couple of weeks more before they would be returned. I then recontacted them in late October aand they apologized and said the parts were delayed but should be in. However one of the Players was repaired and Amanda indicated she would send that one out to me as soon as possible. Again recieved nothing and recontacted them in Novemeber with no response. Now I just want to be compensated for My Zunes which they have effectively stolen and charged me for the service.
