The Columbia should know that the General Manager of this establishment is nothing but a down right crude person. The way he runs the restaurant is completely unethical. Mr. Pedaggi sleeps around with his female staff, taking it to the next level by sleeping with them INSIDE the restaurant and allowing them to have "special privileges." There have been people working there for years and years and haven't seen an raise. I hear about the Owner of this establishment coming in to give these speeches about how he takes care of his employees, yet he allows someone like Mr. Pedaggi to run his business. If the Owner of The Columbia did care about his employee's he would fire this poor excuse of a GM and hire someone that actually takes pride in what he does for a living. I do hope that the Owner reads this and understands the type of person that he has running his "pride and joy."
