Unrecognized and fraudulent charge. Las Vegas Nevada

I noticed a fraudulent charge by Two Part Investments when I was balancing my account online on 11.28.08. The name of the company and a charge of $3.88 in 10/17/08 $72.21 in 10/23 was listed.

I haven't seen the second charge as of 11.10.08. I have advised my bank of the charge, and they will begin researching Two Part Investments. I don't have any information regarding who or where they are located.
