I have submitted gas receipts for 5 months and have yet to receive any reimbursements

I have submitted receipts for gasoline purchased for 5 months and have yet to receive any reimbursements. I have received confirmations that the company has received my receipts, but still no reimbursement! The last confirmation I received stated that the Gas Gift Card would be received within 28 days. I am keeping copies of everything and will pursue this to the end!
