Just wanted the $1.98 CD, only get RIPPEDOFF Clark County

Just wanted the CD for $1.98. I purchased it online on the 11-06, have not recieved it yet. And then on 11-14 TGU took out 69.95 for what I have no Idea. I have emailed, phoned, when phoning you get someone who does not speak or understand english well at all I hope these people go to jail.
