The buildings are unsafe, rats in the building, the apartments are in shambles, they are raising the rent by a 5 percent increase but wont fix a thing..
The manager and the assistant are very rude and ignore resident calls. Maintenance only fixes what they are told to fix and leaves leaks go through the ceiling, and the young maintenance man is very rude and has talked sexually to some girls here.
