CREDIT USA Credit said their appication was a dual application witha pay day loan company and said that I hhad applied for their services

I called my bank and they cleared it but did not do a stop payment. It then went through causing 4 checks to bounce. It wound up costing me another 140.00 I called USA CREDIT after being on hold for 30 minutes - I fianally got it resolved but know I have to wait 5 businesss days for the funds. This is ridiculous. I am so angry at both USA CREDIT and BAnk of America
