Give it up, Tom. You already have 4 customers on here (John, Shannon, Dominique and me) who recount the exact same pattern of behavior by your company. And those are just the people who know about usacomplaints.com. If a class action law suit was filed and attorneys took discovery of your customer records and contacted your customers, how many more would tell a similar story? I am sure the number would be much, much higher.
